The funeral side told us, in the immediate hours after our mother’s sudden death, that we must tell the hospital morgue to release the body to them before we were in contact, “in order to complete the contract” Misty lied. Attention to detail needs improvement. After my loved ones' services, I went through multiple mockups and order cancellations to correct nameplate errors on their end. Corporate delays can't be helped, but the process took even longer because emails went unanswered and orders weren't placed correctly to begin with.
