Frustrated that if you have a disability and have challenges to cancel before the 3h mandatory period, you are automatically charged $50. No excuses. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a great place, premium service, nice people, convenient, great area, all good, but just a like the majority of services, the physically disabled impacted population falls into standard policies. I’ve been seeing Venissa for a few years now, and she’s truly the best. I even followed her from her previous shop over to Finley’s on 3rd Street because her work is that good. She’s friendly, meticulous, and always makes sure every detail is perfect. I consistently walk out with one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. Vanessa creates a relaxed, personalized experience every single visit. Highly recommend booking with her!
