It is the best place to eat in the Polson area, amazing steaks, seafood, pasta. Chef Scotty and his crew are top notch!
The Osso Bucco tonight was absolutely fabulous! The flavors were superb and the meat was falling off the bones...just like it was meant to! The gravy had a really rich flavor that complimented the vegetables. I would encourage anyone to try this wonderful menu item. You will not be disappointed. Chef Scottie did a great job. Thanks for a very special meal.
Saturday night was my first dining experience at FPG, it will not be my last. Entering the restaurant, for the first time, I was very pleasantly surprised at the classy rustic chic decor. We were warmly greeted by the hostess and seated at table 1. Our server, and as it turns out restaurant manager was great, making suggestions and relaying specials.
