RecommendedClean, quiet and restful. Laid back in a way that doesn't live up to what this grand historic beauty may deserve, but the home town touch does satisfy. A favorite hotel of mine.

We love the Finlen in Butte, a real piece of living history in Montana!
I used to live in Butte, Montana. John Wayne and other stars stayed there when I was a child in the 50 and 60.
What a great stop as felt like we were back in time. Great location and very convenient parking. We will make the Finlen our only lodging in Butte from this day forward.
Excellent in all ways - clean -classy - staff are professional and friendly - so nice to see a part of butte history so well cared for
We love the Finlen and would really enjoy a ghostly presence in the bathroom as one reviewer felt she encountered! So much wonderful history. We like ghosts!
