Horrible, disorganized and the customer service pathetic
Horrible experience here came with someone getting surgery and my friend was cursed at , given inappropriate attitude and hung up on twice. When called back and asked for a manager , we were advised the manager was in the meeting . We advised we would hold to log a complaint and were yelled at then told that the manager was now out of office .
