I take comfort in being a patient at Finksburg Dental. From the staff, Dr. Katzen and Viki who cleans my teeth, I know I am getting the best care possible. Dr. Katzen explains in layman terms how he is going to resolve any problems I am having with my mouth. He makes me feel at ease and always greets me with a smile.

Once again, life got in the way of my dental health and I disappeared for a year's time, neglecting my treatment plan with Dr. Katzen. Dr. Katzen and Eva welcomed me back with open arms, helped me solve some little problems and got me right back on track. This was a new patient appointment for my daughter. We were seen right away. She was there for a cleaning and because she had a VERY loose tooth that she wanted the dentist to pull. She wouldn't let me do it and said she would rather go to the dentist to get it out so they could (hopefully) numb it for her. But, when it was time to get it pulled, she wouldn't let the dentist do it, even after two applications of numbing cream.
