I had a dental emergency on a Monday morning and found out that my regular dentist's office was closed for a week long vacation. The name of the on call dentist left on our current dentist's answering machine was a hair salon. My situation was urgent and I turned to Finksburg Dental Associates. First visit with Finksburg Dental Associates. I was treated by Dr Katzen who had been highly recommended. Every aspect of my visit was first rate from office personnel to Dr. Katzen successfully and painlessly treating my problem. I will be happy to continue treatment there.

This was my first visit to Finksburg Dental. I can already tell this is office and Dr. Katsen are organized, professional and extremely competent. In today's age when most Sykesville/Edlersburg dental offices are corporate owned Dentist Mills employing only new or less than stellar dentists, it is so refreshing to see Finksburg Dental is professionally owned and operated. The technology used was state of the art and the Dental Assistants and support staff were friendly and professional.

This visit was for my check-up and cleaning. It's always great to be told no new problems were found after your gums have been probed and X-rays taken, followed by an exam and evaluation by Dr. Katzen. Everyone is gentle, caring and understanding. I dread the thought of having to go anywhere else because I know from 60 years of experience that it's hard to find somewhere as good as Finksburg Dental Associates.

I had to get a scan for a night guard for my TMJ. No longer is goop put in your mouth. They have up-to-date state of the art equipment that computerizes everything. Wait until you see your teeth on the screen. This is sent to the lab for completion. Everyone at Finksburg Dental explain everything to you and are so efficient and kind.

Very prompt/on time appmnt. Vicki G. is very skilled and professionally excellent as the Dental Hygienist. She answered all my questions. Dr Katzen always does highly skilled dental treatment. Whole office very welcoming.
