I don't feel the reason we went was really addressed and we are returning patients. The receptionist I spoke to at the time of booking was helpful and had me convinced that my 16 yr old would get treatment for the reason we went and NOT BELITTLED!!! I booked an emergency appt and the dentist I feel didn't address the primary reason we went. Then to schedule a cleaning (which was the dentist concern) had NO openings till Nov.
Always have been so satisfied with the services provided me by Dr. Katzen and hygienist Vicki Sharp. I've been a patient for probably 20 years now and highly recommend their services!

10 years old, but I'll give this review a shot. The office called a few times to schedule this appointment as something happened with one of the staff. Not sure what happened, but we understand that sometimes appointments get rescheduled. Hope everything is okay. After a few calls to my dad's phone the office finally got an appointment set up for my two brothers and me. My brother is starting kindergarten in the fall and needs a dental form. My dad sent an email to the dentist but we aren't sure if anyone received it or not.... read more
Just had my routine checkup and all COVID precautions were followed by the staff thereby allowing me to feel more comfortable. My teeth were cleaned and are now sparkly, or as sparkly as you can get them when over age 60 with 40 years of coffee each morning. The staff and doctor are professional and always have been - this is a well run office.
