Excellent staff especially in the repair department. I felt quite comfortable leaving my ring with them for sizing! It had to be sent away but the ladies described the entire process from beginning to end! I felt much better when I knew exactly what to expect and why it had to be done that way. It even got back a bit earlier than expected! Thank you!
