I have been going to Finklang Eye Health Center for years and I have been very pleased from the first time I walked in the door. Never have I had a bad experience there.
My 2 year old son saw Dr. Finklang yesterday for eye pain. He was very scared and in pain. He was having difficulty letting the Dr look in his eye. Instead of trying to reassure him or soothe him, he stated " I guess we will have to hold him down because he's going to be a pain in the ass". He then smacked his leg and told the nurse to hold his legs tighter. The nurse and office staff were very kind, but that was not the case with the DR. I am very upset with my experience. Dr. Finklang is very knowledgeable and friendly. All of the girls seem to know their jobs, they do them efficiently and are friendly. The facility is very nice and always clean. 5 stars!
