1 star is way too generous. This company, FTERE should have stopped operating years ago. Their apartments have mice living in the walls - and, I'm not referring to a couple of mice. Droppings falling out of the walls during the 'repair' processes. Water leaks from the apartment above us, and all they do is conceal the issues instead of actually fixing them. The apartments are simply unlivable, and the owners are more than aware of the condition their buildings are in. RENTER BEWARE!!
