Dr. Finkelstein has been our family dentist for many years. He has been especially kind to me because I have a real phobia about dental treatment. His staff are efficient and pleasant. I have always been impressed by the way he works with his assistant and often joke that she is psychic- she has the right tool at the right time. Aside from being a great dentist, what I like most about Dr. Finkelstein is that he truly cares about his patients. Very friendly doctor and staff.
Dr. Finkelstein is the best dentist I have been to. His staff is very good and friendly. I have relocated to Florida and am sad to have to try and find a dentist as good as him. I even flew to Boston on bussiness last July and made an appointment to see him. I highly reccomend him
Dr. Finkelstein is a very rude man who does not know how to speak to his patients or staff. He would yell at his dental assistant in front of me. He also did a very poor job with the work he did in my mouth. I am constantly in pain. I will never visit this office again!!!!!!
As a person, Dr. Finkelstein is very nice, patient, and thorough. However, he is extremely expensive and will stretch out procedures into multiple appointments. For instance, I had a root canal done by him and it took 6 appointments! It was a normal root canal with no problems, and I was very aggravated that I had to go back so many times. I was not happy with the dental hygenist. She embarassed me all the time of the claning, althought it was not that bad. It was paintfull, she used only water and no listerine. I was comparing with my old hygenist and I was very dissaponinted.
Good dentist - though you will get charged if you miss an appointment.
Very friendly, comfortable and accomodating. I pay myself (no insurance), and he often reduces the bill a little for me.
After having traumatic dental experiences during my childhood, it was imperative that I find a dentist that was kind as well as good at his job. The office of Dr. Finkelstein and his staff on Rte 9 are incredible and I suggest them to everyone I know! They understand that mixing customer service with good dental care is a winning combination for everyone. Front desk assistants are very kind, chair side manner is very freindly and comforting.
