If I could give no stars I would. The woman “Chanel” or whatever she claims her name is when I call because every-time I call it’s something different. The most rude and unprofessional. Her exact words were we don’t hold your hand through life then proceeds to laugh as my struggles to her were a joke. Her firm claims to have informed me about a garnishment which is not the truth and went ahead a filed one anyways. I will be paying a visit to the firm soon so my review goes to where it is needed.
Just received a "notice" that this company is filing to " extend a judgement" another 10 years.....for a $1500 debt that was PAID IN FULL through Jefferson County Courts in February 2024! I sent them copies of said payments in June of 2024. About to get my own attorney now! I suggest that you check with the courts to find your payments! And the 888 number you have listed to call is a bogus number...doesn't even ring. Called the 865 number you listed on your paperwork and was told " wrong number" to call. I had called the firm and spoke with a gentleman who was very rude and hateful. I was trying to explain my situation only to be cut off in a very condescending manner. I could be petty and call out names, but giving him the benefit of the doubt and hopefully he was just having a bad day.
