I've never had a doctor check my insurance and then tell me that they aren't taking new patients "with that insurance right now" So, another insurance= new patient approval, got it. Seems legit.
Waiting on the waiting area and the receptionist was talking rudely (profanely) about customer that called in. Even if the customer was rude, it still puts the business in a poor light to talk like that with people in the waiting room.
I had a apt was told they take my ins. drove 30 min to find out they don't take my ins aggravated.
Nice and friendly staff, i would recommend this place
I went to this office several times over a couple of years...They are a group of caring well trained and sympathetic doctors and aides..I would recommend them to anyone in Lasalle and neighboring counties...
