I was there to ask some information regarding automotive paint and the guy named Luis helped me a lot. He's a nice guy.
They Closed their San Carlos store, so I drive up to SSF to buy some supplies and nobody is at the store even though it is posted business hours. "Back at 3:00" It wasn't even 2:00 yet. I have been loyal to these guys for years but management needs to start paying their people well enough to keep their employees. Either that or stop pretending to have a retail presence. Ordering online instead.
