Dropped my BMW off to have some exhaust work, and was told to come back later that day to pickup as it was a small job. I called for an update in the afternoon and was told all was good so I had my friend drop me off as it was close to closing time and could just drive my car home when it was completed. When i got there i was told that it was almost done, and the tech was on his way to go pick it up because they had the work done at a DIFFERENT SHOP. Chris, the owner, is a good communicator. First he made an appointment with me so I could get in and out relatively quick, which at the dealer, I have to sit over 1 hour. Chris promptly met me at the scheduled appointment time. It was my intermediate service on my Prius, e.g., fluids, tires. He explained the tire pressure was down on all 4 due to weather. Price was certainly reasonable -- much more than my Toyota Dealer -- Chris was about 40% less. I highly recommend Finishline -- friendly and ethical owner. Fun to be around... read more
