Dianne was great! She had a fabulous selection of blind fabrics for our bedroom windows, and was very knowledgable. She always came to see us on saturday, which was really convenient for us, and is very friendly. When our blinds arrived Dianne installed them herself, with help from a carpenter. Unfortunately, our master bedroom blinds were not made correctly and one of them had a slight stain on the fabric.
