After trying one other place in Mt. Vernon, I decided to give Finishing Touch a try after waiting several hours on numerous occasions for another Nail place that does not take appointments, so you have to wait and wait!! I don't have time for that nonsense, not to mention they were very rude! I will NEVER darken the doorway of that that "other" place. Had my nails done 2 1/2 weeks ago they look fabulous. She did a great job and was very friendly. The problem is I showed up for my appointment to get my fill and the establishment was closed. It would’ve been nice to get a text message from the nail tech letting me know that there would be no service today.
Went in a couple of weeks ago and got my nails filled and they were fabulous! Need to come back and get them done again!
Mother daughter day. Kelly was wonderful. Will always keep going back!!!!
