Ordered a big, gorgous red blooming holiday plant - 8 inches - in a festive holiday basket. They delivered a withered little thing that I beleive they bought at WalMart that was 6.5 inches (bar code sticker right on the bottom of it!) in a brown plastic tub. Owner refuses to make it right - does not even answer emails after he learned of the problem. Email me if you would like to see what they advertise versus what they deliver. scottssorensen@gmail.com
I am really disappointed with Finishing Touch Florist. I sent them a request to send my 73 year old mother flowers for her birthday. I checked with the florist all day to see if my flowers were delivered to my mother who was waiting all day for the flowers. Unbelievably, at 8:00 at night, I received a message from the florist that they refused to deliver the flowers, even though they had my request for close to two weeks.
