I had a master bathroom remodeled by Finished Basements Plus in December 2018. I filed a warranty claim regarding a leak behind the shower wall. They responded quickly and showed up three or four times to address the issue as well as some floor tile issues. The service representative cut a hole in my wall confirming there was water behind my wall. Well organized company with excellent detail to their craftsmanship. Our project wasn’t a big one but they treated us as though it was. Recommended items we hadn’t thought of and helped get rid of items we didn’t need to save us money. Couldn’t of asked for a better company for our project. On time and completed the project ahead of schedule. Local company who stands behind their work. Huge contributor to the community as well.

I cannot rave more highly about this builder. We just bought this condo last year and had to gut the entire thing. We dealt with several nightmare contractors/builders on other parts of the house but these guys were hands down top notch! Showed up when they said they would, did what they said they would do, charged what they said they would charge and cleaned up after themselves throughout the process. 5 stars!!!
