Steve (the original owner) was WONDERFUL! But since Travis took over, it’s been so bad. He screams at clients, is shady about the money and paying, and never follows through on the things he says.
Helped install a new furnace immediately in our time of need, and price was $1000’s less than expected. Recommend calling for a consult
Watched one of their trucks on lake road in Lynnwood at 3:40 p.m. April 15th running several stop signs and speeding

Finish Line gave us a fair price for installation of new furnace and A/C unit several years ago. A/C was best decision we ever made for hot weather! Problems surfaced as soon as winter arrived with freezing temperatures. The water froze in pvc pipes carrying water discharge from condensator pump to outlet point on exterior wall. Furnace SHUTS OFF when no where for water to exit! Travis responded to call and admitted they had not properly sloped the pipes enough to drain water, which sat trapped in unheated/unfinished garage ... read more
