Finish Line gave us a fair price for installation of new furnace and A/C unit several years ago. A/C was best decision we ever made for hot weather! Problems surfaced as soon as winter arrived with freezing temperatures. The water froze in pvc pipes carrying water discharge from condensator pump to outlet point on exterior wall. Furnace SHUTS OFF when no where for water to exit! Travis responded to call and admitted they had not properly sloped the pipes enough to drain water, which sat trapped in unheated/unfinished garage ... read more
I had and gas furnace and electronic filter installed. Had a problem with the electronic filter shorting out on the side of the case. They came back and said all I had to do was wiggle the filters around to find a point where it didn’t short out. After spending a lot of time trying to get it not to short out I called them back twice and they never returned my phone calls. I called CM heating and they came out and fixed it properly.
