I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I paid $27 for the highest wash package, expecting my car to actually be cleaned. Instead, I left feeling like I had barely gone through a car wash at all. I was there for less than 10 minutes altogether. As soon as my car came out, I saw about five employees wiping it down, so I assumed they were finishing the cleaning. However, they essentially just wiped the car and sent me on my way. This is THE place the only place I get my car washed. I’m actually going there today to get my car detailed. They always do a great job. I get the number 4 I watch through the window to make sure the wax foam comes out.
