The workout today seriously amazing. It hit all body parts which I love! I'm definitely going to feel it tomorrow! These ladies are the bomb!!!

Dr. Chase Banks and Dr. Josh Brown are both excellent to work with. Both are very knowledgable and have helped me work through my shoulder and neck issues. Without a doubt, I would recommend either (or both) to anyone! 5 stars all the way across the board!
Only wish I would have gone to Josh years ago....just on my third visit and my hips feeling tremendously better. If you are a lifetime lifter you need to visit Finish First to address imbalances and prevent injury.
