Dr Amanda and Chelsea make a great team and are very nice to work with. Both are determined to help you regardless of the problem. I started with Dr Kim and Dr Ernest they were excellent and now its even better. My hearing had declined over time and Dr Amanda checked it first thing, she tuned my hearing aids and my hearing has much more clarity, what a nice improvement. Thank you ladies!
I started experiencing hearing loss in my early thirties. But instead of the ‘normal’ type of high frequency loss, I have just the opposite. In my experience since my first pair of aids 25 years ago, it is hard to fit and adjust hearing aids to my hearing loss. I recently went to F.L. Hearing after a long hiatus in what was a quite unsatisfactory relationship with several not inexpensive pairs of hearing aids from well-known Rochester hearing centers. I'm happy to say Dr. Harry and his excellent staff have changed my life! I can hear so many things I was missing for so many years. I had almost given up playing guitar but am now back on track. The best, most friendliest place, they treat you like family, and have great concern for you hearing needs, from the doctors to the staff they are wonderful.

Their professional/personable personalities will make you feel at home. They work with the all over medical issues (head injuries, etc) and not just hearing loss due to our aging. I have always been very pleased with the treatment. Even when I made a blunder when cleaning one of my hearing aids they exercised patience. There staff has always been extremely nice as well.
After discovering that my insurance would cover hearing aids I decided to take the first step and make an appointment with the Finger Lakes Hearing office in Geneva. From the initial call to the office, to the completion of getting hearing aids and follow up appointments I have been thrilled with every aspect of care. I regret that I did not do this sooner, it has been a wonderful experience!
