Most amazing dentistry Ive ever been too! My hygienist was amazing. She explained everything she was going to do before doing it and explained what was happening while doing it and kept my comfort in mind the whole time. If something hurt or I didn’t like it she would switch and not do it again but still got such a great clean in. Not to mention I called and they had me in less than 24 hours later and got my second appointment scheduled for not even a week later. Definitely recommend!
I love Dr. Marzo and her staff!!! So caring and personal touch with each patient, because as we know all ppl have different personalities yet the staff treats each one with such respect. ❤
This was probably the best dental experience I have ever had, when I walked in I was given a tour and every thing was explained in detail. The hygienist was amazing at making me feel comfortable, she was very gentle, and I felt no judgment. They got me in in a timely manner. I didn't have to wait months for an appointment.
Dr. Marzi is wonderful. Most of the staff is wonderful. Some of the staff? Not so much. I asked questions and was asked why I’m asking questions. Also, the assistant did not wear gloves when getting ibuprofen out of the bottle and always opens the sterile packaging incorrectly because “it’s faster” to tear it open than peel it open.
The front desk staff was great and calming, since I was running a little late. However the dentist was rude and bluntly wrong. I was told I had many and significant cavities, but I followed up with several other dentists. They were consistent in their findings of only one cavity
