Dr Lapointe and Dr Nash are very professional and take the time to explain things to me in laymen terms. If the Dr is going to be late for the scheduled appointment the staff attempts to contact the customer. If my horse has an issue, they will make suggestions on courses of treatment with an explanation of the various available options. I really like the way they explain the anatomy of a horse so that I can make an informed decision on her care. Dr. Nash was so pleasant to work with, and extremely thorough. Definitely one of the best prepurchases I have had done. He even did a neurological exam! Wonderful practice.
