First of all, I feel awful putting a one star review on the general overall review of fingerlakes bone and joint in newark. I am, however, because of the customer service. I received from one of the staff members in the front desk. That was completely rude, sarcastic and snarky. I was asking legitimate questions about getting my cast removed, and she laughed at me pretty much the entire time that I was asking the questions. Very rude when I called, I don’t recommend
I've been a patient of Dr Peter Stasko for a couple of years, he walked me through plantar fasciitis & made sure we tried everything short of surgery. After cortisone shots stopped working we both agreed I needed surgery. He is professional, kind and I would highly recommend him. I was recommended by a former patient of his. He was the third podiatrist i saw concerning my issue and I wouldn't go anywhere else now.
They are cold and unprofessional. Only there to make a buck.Dont care if patient is in pain with fracture. Says they don't give pain medicine refills.
