Fingerlakes bone and joint is a place to go when you have any injury involving any of your bones or joints and swelling and pain due to the nature of the injury. I fractured my left elbow years ago and recently reaggravated it. I had to have an appointment here and it went really quick and easy! I was in my room in less than 10 minutes and they took xrays, checked my pain levels and inspected my wound thoroughly. Went for my follow up the pa carrie dismissed my pain, and prescribed useless meds for a broken pubis ramus.never will I go to these ppl again
I just have to say that Peter Stasko is a fantastic Dr. He has fought for me against insurance and did a phenomenal job on my surgery. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The office politics leave a little to be desired. I feel the office treats Dr Peter and Dr Paul as second rate doctors. I have heard many people say great things about them both though. I'm very happy as a patient.
My husband has gone there 4 times and has never had a good experience with the receptionists. Their demeanor is very cold, unhelpful and unprofessional. My husband is a very polite and pleasant man who rarely says anything negative about anyone so for him to say these things about them, well….it has to be bad. First of all, I feel awful putting a one star review on the general overall review of fingerlakes bone and joint in newark. I am, however, because of the customer service. I received from one of the staff members in the front desk. That was completely rude, sarcastic and snarky. I was asking legitimate questions about getting my cast removed, and she laughed at me pretty much the entire time that I was asking the questions.
