Some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced in my life. After three separate times of causing multiple different stains on my couch, this company refused to give me a refund, stating that getting my money back for bad service was “not an option.” They also charge a crazy amount. If you do end up hiring them, do not sign anything until your items dry.
