I want to start by saying I had my sectional and carpet cleaned before by another service, and the results were disappointing. Finest Washington Carpet Cleaners was a refreshing change. Tracy was the technician, and was careful, patient with all of my questions, and kept me updated throughout the whole cleaning process.
