I never complain, but this place needs to be examined by the state. Helen is the worst Nail tech using used an unsanitized equipment and including old files. Helen cut me multiple times and told her to stop. I ended up getting an infection on my fingers. Uneven gel manicure lasted three days. Spoke with the owner was unprofessional screaming, saying she would not refund me for a service offered to get it removed completely for a full refund. As soon as I walked in, I wasn’t greeted. The owner looked directly at me while finishing a phone conversation, but no one acknowledged me. When I asked if there was time for a manicure, the staff seemed reluctant, even though there was only one customer in the salon. Once I was seated, I was immediately asked what color I wanted. I go to Helen for my pedicures and she is very meticulous with her cutting and painting. She is very consistent and a sweet person. I recommend her to everyone who needs a good pedicure!
