I came here and brought my sister to get a haircut. The person who cut her hair has her own salon in downtown Sacramento and said she charges more in Sacramento than here I asked for her to give my sister a layered look. She said that if I wanted the layered look it would be $5 more? I said "excuse me? Why $5 more? This is how my sister wants her hair to be cut." My husband went to this facility and requested a shoulder length tapered cut, and an old lady with a Bob cut SHAVED HIM NEARLY BALD. I will be reporting this to the board of cosmetology for negligence. I believe it's because he's a trans male and they were being homophobic, but we are seeing what avenues we can pursue legally. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON.
