My husband went to this facility and requested a shoulder length tapered cut, and an old lady with a Bob cut SHAVED HIM NEARLY BALD. I will be reporting this to the board of cosmetology for negligence. I believe it's because he's a trans male and they were being homophobic, but we are seeing what avenues we can pursue legally. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON.
