I needed carpet cleaning fast, so I looked through Google reviews and found a local service with strong ratings and set up an appointment. I have two older cats that recently started missing the litter box, and the hallway carpet had some strong pet odor and visible soiling. From the office team that took my call to the crew that came out to clean the carpet, the customer service was excellent from start to finish. I called after our dog got sprayed by a skunk and tracked the strong odor into our home in Carmichael. After we bought our home, we got a few recommendations for carpet cleaning and chose Luke. It turned out to be the right choice. We are very happy with the results. Our Berber carpet had several tough stains that we thought would never come out, but Luke treated each area carefully and removed them. The carpet now looks fresh, clean, and almost like new again. He was professional, friendly, reasonably priced, and had a strong work ethic. We would gladly recommend him to anyone needing carpet cleaning services and will defini... read more

I’ve used Finest Carmichael Carpet Cleaning many times each year for several years to get my rental homes ready between tenants. The regular carpet cleaning always turns out excellent, and even in some very heavy soil and tough stain situations, they’ve done amazing work that helped extend the life of the carpet. That has saved me from costly carpet replacement, which makes a big difference for my rental budget. Their carpet cleaning process also allows for much faster drying, so the home is ready sooner when the next tenant... read more
