Great Spray Tan – My aunt recently got diagnosed with cancer and she had been a sun bather for years. I decided I needed to start protecting my skin. and no more bed tanning either. I asked some friends around and they referred me to Finesse Spa. When I came in, they totally explained the procedure. BEST Higlights ever – I love my new color. Originally I wanted some higlights, something elegant and classic, yet different and exciting and I absolutely got it! My new stylist recommended both high and low lights and they look great. Great for my 'very professional' work and exciting for my weekend dinner out with my husband. I absolutley love it.
Best customer service – Imagine this... It is 9 pm saturday night may 12.... Mother' s day is the next day... I have been crazy busy all week and realize I do not have yet a mother's day gift. I thougt mom would love a spa gift and I call 2 spas, but of course they are close. I call the Finesse number and I get their answering service. I explained I need to buy a gift certificate pronto. This Spa is very accomodating – I called on a wednesday and tried to get in on a saturday, but they were already booked. The receptionist explained she was not able to fit me in. I was bummed as I can only make it to the spa on saturdays. The next day, the spa director Mag called me and found me a spot for my 2 appointments, a Microdermabrasion facial and a Body scrub. Great hair! – Loved the place. I did not have to wait a bit for my appointment. The highlights were fantastic and the haircut best i've ever had. Loved the people, they were soooo nice and professional. Great music, free drinks - that's what I am talking about! Great quality service!
Great Relaxation and spa packages – I absolutely love thier packages. My boyfriend surprised me with the spa package gift certificate for my birthday. That was the best birthday gift ever. I got everything: massage, facial, nails and hair and makeup. The staff and the stylist were great. They treated me like a princess! The best relaxing experience I've ever had! So if you don't have time for a full week vacation - I can assure you one day at Finesse will get you relaxed and rested.
the best Wedding Updo and Makeup – I saw them first at the Wedding show and then scheduled my trial updo and make up and they are absolutelly the best. The updo was exactely how I imagined it. They have great expertise! After seeing my bridal trial - now all my bridesmaids (I have 8) - will be doing hair and make up and nails with Finesse. Love you guys and thank you sooo much for making my wedding day so special!
Great color and designer cuts! Best I've ever found – I just moved in from NY and was looking for a designer, top quality color and cuts in Raleigh but after visiting 5 salons and not getting really good results I thought I will just have to fly back home to get my hair done....and then I found them. They are absolutely great. They listen, they know what's going on in the hair industry and they absoultely can cut!!!!!! Love my new do. Finally great NY quality designer haircuts!
Best SPA experience ever – I scheduled my full day spa package - Deluxe with everything from massage to body scrub, signature facial and luxury manicure and pedicures and it was the best spa experience I've ever had. The therapist were great and I loved the relaxing atmosphere. I also took advantage of the healthy and delicious lunch in between my treatments. I loved it so much that next month I am coming back for the same Deluxe package with my best friend :)
