Best Nails works – I was enticed in because they are running a special in july on nails work. I figured I had nothing to lose since I could get a Spa manicure and pedicure at the same price I could at a strip mall. What a bargain I got! I chose their Aromatherapy Manicure and Pedicure. Thank you Finesse! – After a very stressful week at work, I booked a 1/2 day spa relaxation at Finesse. Every time I visit Finesse, I like the place more because of how much attention they pay to me and how nice everyone is. The gentelman that was at the front desk really listened to my problems and asked the esthetician to take special care of me on account that I had a bad week at work. Great Stylists – I am writing to thank Paul, the Manager and the Stylists at Finesse. They helped make my wedding day memorable. We arrived late at the spa for our manicures, updos, and makeups. They reworked the schedule and still got us out on time. My updo was great. My pictures are posted on their site, so you can see the great job they did. I totally recommend Finesse for wedding occasions.
Best Salon/Best Spa/Best Value – I recently got married and moved from Raleigh to Cary. I had been very happy with my services at Finesse, but I was relunctant to make the 10 miles trip everytime I needed salon or spa services. I tried a couple of well known places in Cary. Best facial – Wonderful upcoming Esthetician. Soothing and products used are wonderful. Friendly and quite adept. (NOTE: Bad Manicure: employee is gone). NOTE: Masseuse: new, not as good as former employee who left the spa. PRICES INCONSISTENT and too high.
Best facial!!!! – Thanks Yelena... again. your facials are to die for. Anyone who wants a great facial or microdem should go to Finesse and ask for yelena. I guarantee you will love it!!! my skin loves it and i get compliments all the time i do not look my age.
Do they even have a license? – I received a massage from a young lady who keep asking me what was muscle and what was bone? Do I need to say anything else?
Prices inconsistent – Prices are inconsistent . Told one price over phone...got to counter and it was different. I was hung up when I tried to question the charge.
