I’m sure Finesse A Car has many great salespeople and assistants who truly care about their customers — but I’m equally sure that Nilou is not one of them. If you end up with Nilou as your salesperson, be prepared for one of the worst attitudes you’ll ever see at a dealership. Catrina helped me get a car before the ev rebate expired and it was the best car experience. She was very helpful and everyone at the dealership was nice.
If I could give this place negative stars I would. Unprofessional and poor customer service. After confirming they have the vehicle I was interested was available, I scheduled an appointment to see it. When I arrived, that same day a few hours later they were already closed, despite their hour indicating it was still open. I contacted them and they apologized.
