bspedteacher is a cheater and trouble maker on yahoo pinochle. Stalls if he is losing. I wouldnt believe a word he says.
Pat, the sales representative made an appointment to look at my floor.When I called the office he was still there 1/2 hour after the appointment time. Never called to say he would be late.He looked over the project and said he would get back to mewith price. Never heard from the company again.Finally took my business to C&S Carpeting. Got an estimate andexcellent work done on time.I would never go back to Finer Floor. I wasted 2 weeks waiting for them.
I made an appointment with Todd and when he was 45 minutes late I called the office and left a message. He never called me back. I called him back 5 days later to find out what happened and he made an excuse that he was on another job. I asked for an apology and got a poor one. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! They should at least call and say they are late or cant make it.

Worst service EVER! Do NOT use this company! Not only do they do poor work they stole a bunch of stuff from my liquor cabinet. BEWARE!!
