Fineberg Management Inc is the Worst Management I ever seen in my life they were so rude to me I never pick up my e-mails there demands is stupid I lost 3 of my package and mail from this Management I won't even rate 1 star but I have no choice I would never come to this place ever agin this Place is hell
I moved into an apartment managed by Fineberg Companies at 1810 Commonwealth Ave and found it to be uninhabitable from the start. The unit smelled like trash, the bathtub was rusted and unsanitary, and there were visible gaps around the heat riser pipe that the property manager later admitted to in writing. These gaps are violations of the Massachusetts State Sanitary Code because they allow pests and moisture to enter.
