Andrea is the best! She has been doing my nails for a long time. The shape is always perfect, and she is quick! I schedule my nails every 3 weeks.
This is my second acrylic pedicure here. My first one Dee did the pedicure and it was great, for one day. I flew to London the day after the medicine two of the nails came off. This should never happen and certainly not the day after the service. So I made another appointment, I told them about the previous issue - nails not adhering and they just shrugged. They tell you a price on the phone and then you come and they tell you a whole different one because the person who answer the phone didn’t know! Not my problem 🥱
I came in at 6:17 PM simply to have my gel polish removed—something that takes minimal time. Despite the salon being advertised to close at 7:30 PM, I was told by the front desk that they actually close at 7 PM, and that no nail techs were available to help me. There were at least five techs visible on the lower level, possibly more upstairs, yet none were able (or willing) to assist with a quick removal. It's 6:42pm let's see when if I will be assisted.
