I had a great experience with Fine Shadings & Decor. They came to my home, took the time to explain all the different options available, and helped me choose what worked best for my space. The turnaround time from production to installation was impressively fast, and the quality of the work is outstanding. All of this at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

I had an absolutely dreadful experience at this establishment. It's evident they have zero respect for customer service. We purchased shades from them, only to discover they were faulty upon installation. When we voiced our concerns, instead of addressing the issue, they rudely insisted it was our fault. The owner was especially disrespectful, clearly more interested in making a sale than standing behind their products. Beware of this place—it's a customer service nightmare.
The lady at the store is destroying the reputation of the store. She has a very bad attitude! She’s not nice at all! She is resentful! I really hope she’s not the owner otherwise definitely don’t go there!!!!
