Arsen is the best at mens haircuts. Especially if you want a scissor cut for mid-long length hair. Way better than what a barber can give you
Arsen is the man! Every single time I go see him, he ALWAYS gets me exactly the haircut I ask for, and if I want a surprise, he knows what looks great on me. Super down to earth, eager to help, and incredibly skilled. Is he cheap? No. Is he worth every penny? Absolutely. 5 stars is an understatement, this guy deserves 10. Arsen is not just a hairstylist/barber, Arsen is a experience.
