Contracted Fine Lines to do a closet in my upstairs and a ceiling in my basement, Closet turned out OK, took FOREVER to complete. Many days they didn't even show up. Basement ceiling? Very poor workmanship. Ceiling sags in spots, unfinished wood trimwork, and a ceiling heat vent fell out on the floor. Dale Freeman took no responsibility for these issues as he blamed it on his worker, Chadd. Well, Dale, YOU are the one who bid the job. fine lines painting gets more than 5 stars if we could. They did such a prfofessional job and Dale Freeman was wonderful in seeing that the job was done to perfection.
