I waited over three minths to get in with Ashley. My appointment was for 1:00 on June 24th. They called the night of June 23 to say Ashley was sick and that they rescheduled me for 1:00 on Thursday, June 25. If that would nit work, I was to call back and make different arrangements. No masks. All was good before March 17th 2020. When life changes back to normal it is expensive but good service.
Make sure that you’re incredibly specific when you book your services. I arrived on the morning of my wedding expecting a full set of gel nails, and was told that I was only booked for a basic manicure that seemed to only consist of painting my nails. The staff was very apologetic, but said that these mixups happen often.
