Like all PREs or CFIs, Dr Fine is part of the divorce machine that propagates conflict. In most cases, the recommendation is "no change", after she writes a lengthy report, takes up to a year, and costs up to tens of thousands of dollars. Unless there are severe problems, PREs are simply a delay tactic by whichever parent wants to maintain a status quo. Dr Fine may be nice, but she is ineffective.
She’s completely biased and was unethical in her report. I do Not recommend her.
