We bought a home recently and Jamie did the seawall and home inspection as well as wind mitigation and four point surveys. In the process Jamie identified a critical problem that needed to be addressed and that we would have not known about without his assistance. We were able to renegotiate the price we paid for the home so that we could take care of this once we close on the house.
