Would not use again. 3 stars for work, 2 stars for ethics and attitude. The floors this company refinished look pretty good, except I think he sanded my living room floor too much because it looks grainy--not smooth. Blew me off when I questioned this. Attitude--I don't make mistakes. Now for the major complaints--BUYER BEWARE- I signed a contract for a dollar amount which was higher level.
