Thank you for making my rugs so soft and clean again! Ashot cleans by hand, and he even got out a bad stain and glued the back of one of my rugs together. It took him a couple attempts to get all of the backing glued (the rug was in terrible shape before I brought it to him), but Ashot persisted and stood by his work. I appreciate his dedication and care! Highly recommend.
Ashot did an amazing job cleaning our rugs - one Persian and one Tibetan Highland wool with silk accent threads. The Persian rug had built-up soap residue and dirt. It looks amazing after Ashot’s thorough and maticulous cleaning. For the Tibetan rug, Ashot knew exactly how to handle the silk threads. This rug also looks great and the silk threads shine beautifully. Ashot was knowledgeable, communicative and a pleasure to deal with. We are happy customers. Thank you!
Ashot did an amazing job cleaning my Persian silk rug. These jobs are incredibly difficult given the soft fabric and process in cleaning them properly. The rug looks amazing since he was able to get out the stains and bleeding of colors. He was professional and very communicative throughout the entire time. Will be taking all my rugs to him for any future cleanings or repairs.
Ashot Ouzounian has provided great service with washing and repairing of my antique rugs from Afghanistan. He is kind and patient taking care to find the best materials to match my rug perfectly when a repair is required. Also taking great care handwashing these precious items using highest quality lanolin soaps to protect them that really bring the colors to life. I highly recommend him to take care of your cleaning needs. PS - He also has magnificent rugs for sale.
Did a wonderful job and good work of hand washing my Persian rug, thoroughly cleaning it and fixing the fringes to make them like new again.
