Doctor seemed very great & understanding. My problem however was with the receptionist. I told her I cannot miss any work due to layoffs happening at the company. So I would need to have later appointments. Later being 4pm. Lol. She did assist eventually with getting me on for those times. I wanted to schedule out so I could get those appointments & she did not want to do that either. Best doctors office i've ever visited. The staff is very kind, caring and helpful. My visits are always quick with no wait time what so ever. The doctor is very friendly and informative. The one who stands out the most is the MA or Nurse Erica. She is so amazing. Always on point. She has made me feel comfortable and welcome since I began visiting this office. This girl's upbeat personality and kind heart is the face of this practice. She definitely deserves a raise!!
Dr. O is one of the best. I have almost always needed a chiropractor and have been skeptical. Dr. O is a miracle worker he really has taken all my fear away! You really have to see him to understand. The release you will feel after an appointment is absolutely amazing. 5 stars and if I could I would give more!
The best chiro treatment ever. Dr. Ostoloza gave me the best spine and body alignment. After his treatment I felt great. The staff, Erica and Lesley are both helpful and kind. THANK YOU. 🙂
Velvet was very nice every visit that I had. They made me feel comfortable and actually healed my back a lot. Dr O. Did great at aligning my back and neck and gave great advice to at home care
