All recent attempts to see Dr. Fine to review current status/condition of his previously performed cervical spine fusion have met with failure. Six (6) appointments in a row were cancelled with 4 -6 week intervals to reschedule each appointment. Been in pain over 7 months and have not been able to access Dr. Fine. His staff has been rude and useless. Now going elsewhere.
Dr Fine and his office staff are amazing. Will never go to anyone else. Brett is the best.

My first visit to this clinic was a huge nightmare. This clinic lost my medical records twice, once after confirming they found them. Proper protocol and security of confidential patient medical records should be as they are with most clinics a high priority, but this location takes the boobie prize. I found the Brett (Dr. Fine's Assistant) very capable and caring. However, the office staff does not inspire confidence for the practice. Original call they said they would get my MRI images; week before appt said I needed to bring the CD of my MRI; day before appt told had to cancel the appt since they didn't get it in advance. Rescheduled appt. Told I needed surgery and that someone would call me. Week later; no call. Left msg and finally got a call back. Surgery scheduled. I was beyond impressed with my experience with Dr. Fine. From my very first consultation to the follow up care I have received after my surgery, I knew that I was in the hands of a professional who would take excellent care of me.
