He was very kind.
Surprisingly timely with appointments, Dr Fine takes his time and addresses the patient, rather than just looking at the notes. He goes over options and makes sure I understand all possible outcomes.
My follow up visit was cancelled twice at the last minute by the P.A. This bothered me a great deal. They were going to re-schedule to a time 6 months after the surgery. That was not acceptable. I would advise patient to take this into consideration.
He was kind, caring,and thoroughly professional. I had been in pain for months due to cyst on spine leaning on a nerve. He coorrected the condition.
I’ve been very impressed with Dr Fine but his staff is troublesome. Very poor patient interaction and care. Bordering on incompetent, losing scans, over scheduling and blaming patients.
On occasions my appts had to be rescheduled, I understand ER surgeries or ones that could take longer. I know if I was the person on the OR table I would hope the patient being rescheduled would understand that sometimes things out of our control happens. I truly feel that Dr. Fine is a gift to all who have the opportunity to receive his services as I believe his skills are from a higher power than ourselves.

Thank you, Dr. Andrew Fine, neurosurgeon, and the Neurosurgery team.My surgery was February 8th, 2024. I had a ruptured disc at C5 & C6, repaired by discectomy and fusion. It’s been almost 4 months. I should have written this review earlier, but life happens. Plus, I still am having a hard time believing the pain that I lived with for 15 yrs. is truly gone. No more pain! I feel wonderful! Sadly, I have to give the office staff of Dr. Fine a zero. They didn't mess things up once or twice, but three times starting with an MRI, second time with who I was going to see and third time canceling the appointment with the wrong person. The supervisor of scheduling did not return my phone call. In addition, no one answers the phone's. It's a very sad situation for people who are struggling with spine pain to not be able to talk to
