First, whenever you have questions, they are never there, you have to leave a message, and when you talk to the nurses, most of them are so rude, and not willing to listen and help,horrible attitude, worse nurses i've ever had!
Left women’s and children’s to come here and follow my dr of 10 years. Had a terrible exam experience at women’s and children’s, where they were rough, and slapped my legs. Being pregnant for the first time, made the experience kind of traumatic... and made me scared for what’s to come. After switching, i had another exam by brittney and it made me feel so much better that I switched. She was very nice, and polite. Service was great while I was here BUT not happy with my how I was billed for an extra office visit at the time of my annual exam all because I asked the doctor questions “not related to what an annual exam covers”. For real!?!?! Why the heck to they ask if you have any questions then and NOT tell you you’ll be billed for a separate visit even through your there already. Guess I shouldn’t have followed my doctor of 6+ years here.
Horrible place they care about one thing and that’s the money they dismissed my pregnant finance for missing one appointment . She’s 30 weeks pregnant and they just let her go and didn’t even make any attempts to resolve the problem . She hasn’t been looked at in over two months . I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone that cares about there children .
