I scheduled an appointment to have my faulty cruise control diagnosed and repaired over a month and a half ago. I waited three weeks to have it brought in because they moved locations and hadn’t had everything set up yet in order for me to be taken care of. I dropped my car off TWO WEEKS ago. RecommendedBest experience for vehicle shopping! Didn’t feel like I was pressured into buying a truck. I walked into CDA Nissan looking for a truck, and Chris asked me questions to help me find a truck of my liking, I ended up with a 2015 Nissan Frontier. He is a one of a kind salesman, we never met him before walking into CDA Nissan but it felt like if he was a friend helping us buy a truck.
Service department is horrible! My car has been there for for 3 days and they haven't even run a diagnostic on it. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever encountered. This will be the last Nissan I ever own.
This was my first time buying a car at a dealership, and getting an auto loan, and Jesse and Gideon made the process so much less stressful than it could have been! I was able to get a deal that I feel good about on a great car. When we test drive, Gideon let us choose the route to take the car on and didn’t mind when the drive ended up taking way longer than a typical test drive. Sales men here gave me grief about a vin verification, I’m a proud owner of a Nissan wasn’t not treated fairly.
Jesse and the finance department were awesome. They quickly found the truck I was looking for and got it to the dealership. They were nice and helpful. Very easy to work with. An awesome experience! They definitely went above and beyond for me and surpassed my expectations!
I was going to go to Wendle Nissan to get my 2019 Nissan Kicks, but it took them two weeks and all they kept saying was we’ll call you tomorrow. I went to Post Falls Nissan and it took me all of two days and now I’m happily driving my new car! Thank you so much to Larry, Jesse, Daniel, and the rest of the Nissan crew!!
